Janesta Noland, MD, FAAP is a board-certified pediatrician based in the San Francisco Bay Area with more than 25 years of experience caring for children and supporting their families. She is a co-founder of Crescendo MD, a membership-based primary care practice in Portola Valley, California, where she is known for personalized, relationship-driven pediatric care with a strong focus on prevention and wellness. Her FAAP designation marks her as a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Noland serves as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Stanford University School of Medicine and holds longstanding leadership roles at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford, where she has served multiple terms as President of the medical staff.

Dr. Noland is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Stanford University School of Medicine. At Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford, she has served two multi-year terms as President-Elect and President of the medical staff, from 2007 to 2013 and again beginning in 2020. She co-chairs the Medical Specialties Professional Practice Evaluation Committee and serves on several additional hospital committees, including the Physician Wellness Committee. Her work has also appeared in peer-reviewed medical literature, including a 2024 study on physician professionalism published in JAMA Network Open.
